Welcome to Clean to a T Laundromat. By accessing, visiting, or using our services or website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Services Provided

Clean to a T Laundromat offers the following services:

  • Self-service laundry (card + coin operated)

  • Wash & Fold service

  • Commercial/business laundry services

  • Pickup & Delivery laundry service

  • Detergent, softener & snack vending machines

  • Machine card system for cashless payments

  • We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue services at any time.

3. Payments & Refunds
3.1 Accepted Payments

We accept cash, coins, credit/debit cards, mobile payment options, and machine laundry cards.

3.2 Refunds for Machine Malfunctions

Refunds are issued only in cases where a washer or dryer malfunctions and does not complete a cycle. Refunds must be requested in person with the onsite attendant.

3.3 No Refund for Customer-Handled Damage

Clean to a T Laundromat does not offer refunds or reimbursement for accidental damage resulting from customer handling, customer misuse of machines, or improper washing instructions.

3.4 Pickup & Delivery Service Payments

Pickup & delivery orders must be paid in full before laundry is returned.

4. Customer Responsibilities & Liability Limits
4.1 Self-Service Laundry

All self-service laundry is used at the customer’s own risk.
Clean to a T Laundromat is not liable for:

Lost or stolen items

Items left unattended

Damages caused by machine overloading or improper use

Color bleeding, shrinking, or garment issues

4.2 Wash & Fold Services

We follow standard industry practices and take care in processing customer laundry; however, Clean to a T Laundromat is not responsible for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Loose beads, buttons, zippers, or embellishments

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Color bleeding

  • Undisclosed special instructions

  • Customers may provide special care instructions and/or their own detergent.

  • Items with special requirements may require additional processing time.

5. Store Rules

To ensure a safe and clean environment, the following rules apply:

  • No unattended children

  • No loitering

  • No smoking or vaping inside or near the entrance

  • No overnight storage of laundry

  • Do not leave laundry unattended

  • Completed laundry must be removed within 10 minutes to allow others access to machines

  • Machines may not be used to wash large non-laundry items (e.g., rugs, oily workwear, pet bedding) unless approved by staff

Failure to follow rules may result in removal from the premises

6. Wash & Fold / Drop-Off Service Terms
6.1 Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is communicated at drop-off; delays may occur during peak times.

6.2 Pickup Window

Completed orders must be picked up within 2 business days.

6.3 Unclaimed Laundry

Laundry unclaimed after 5 days will be delivered to the customer’s address on file, and a delivery fee will be applied. Clean to a T Laundromat is not responsible for loss or damage to items left beyond 5 days.

6.4 Special Care Instructions

Customers may request special treatment (e.g., air-dry, low-heat, hypoallergenic).
Clean to a T Laundromat will make reasonable efforts to honor requests but cannot guarantee results.

7. Pickup & Delivery Terms

Service areas and availability are subject to change.

Customers must leave laundry in a secure location for pickup.

Clean to a T Laundromat is not responsible for theft, weather exposure, or loss of items left outdoors or in unsecured areas.

Delivery fees apply for unclaimed laundry after 5 days.

Payment must be completed before delivery.

8. Video Surveillance

Our facility uses 24/7 video monitoring and recording for:

  • Security

  • Crime prevention

  • Safety compliance

By entering the premises, customers consent to being recorded.

9. Website Terms
9.1 Online Booking Policy

By booking wash & fold or pickup & delivery online, you agree:

  • All information provided must be accurate

  • Cancellation or rescheduling must occur before pickup time

  • Missed pickups may incur a fee

9.2 Online Payment Policy

Online payments are processed through third-party secure processors.
Clean to a T Laundromat does not store customer payment information.

9.3 Privacy Expectations

We may collect basic information (name, email, phone, address) solely for service delivery.
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except for service fulfillment.

9.4 External Links Disclaimer

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. Clean to a T Laundromat is not responsible for content, policies, or security practices on external websites.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, specifically Ector County. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.

Clean to a T Laundromat may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective when posted on the website.
